Service Update - Traffic Light Red

With all of New Zealand being moved into Red of the traffic light protection framework, we are prepared for the eventuality that we may be faced with large and widespread transmission of the Omicron variant of COVID19.
We continue to take this extremely seriously and can assure you that we have well established internal processes to keep our staff, contractors and the wider community safe during the entire pickup and delivery process.
These processes however, do in turn slow down all facets of our network and may result in small delays.
- Branches and depots remain open for customer drop offs and pickups. All interactions are to be contactless and masks worn at all times whilst on our premises
- Business pickups and deliveries are to remain contactless. Please ensure there is a safe distance (minimum 2 metres) where we can pickup and deliver items too
We are all in a rapidly changing environment and we sincerely appreciate your ongoing patience and support. We will keep you updated with any further changes that may impact service.
