Are deliveries still contact-less in Level 1?
Yes, deliveries will remain contact-less for Level 1.
While the world is still in the middle of a global pandemic, we will retain some of the measures that have kept the public and our people safe throughout the other Alert Levels. Contact-less deliveries are one of them.
Should I expect delays in Level 1?
No, delays related to COVID restrictions are not expected for deliveries in Level 1.
What redelivery options are available at Level 1?
- Redelivery to the same address (by Contact-less delivery)
- Redirection to another address that you will be present (by Contact-less delivery)
- Collection from our branch
- Redeliver to a Delivery Link Partner (please check first that they are open)

Are our branches operating standard opening hours?
Yes, all our branches are operating at their standard operating hours.
Can I purchase tickets and ePacks from branches?
Yes, our branches open for over the counter courier product sales, sending and pick ups.
