Business updates at Alert Level 3 - No restrictions on freight

With the Government moving the country from Level 4 to Level 3 of Covid-19 lockdown we experienced a massive spike in volumes across all branches nationwide equivalent to what we would expect pre-Christmas.
With this in mind there may be some difficulty in achieving normal service levels and delays can be expected with deliveries so we ask that you please be patient whilst we work through the volume of freight and the challenges that this has presented to us.
Whilst we are still operating at full capacity we do have some staff and couriers that have chosen to self-isolate which does limit our ability to provide normal service levels in some areas. In this regard please continue to allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Can we please also ask that you refrain from calling customer services for a delivery update and utilise our online tracking, if you would like to lodge a query - this too can be done online.
