Please see important service updates for today:

  • Gisborne/Wairoa - service has resumed and working through backlog
  • Hawkes Bay (Napier/Hastings/Havelock North) - service has resumed and working through backlog

Due to the extended outage of the Napier-Taupo Highway and Napier-Wairoa Roads, we have a new linehaul schedule in place which will remain in effect until roads reopen.

All Hawkes Bay freight must now travel via Palmerston North and up to State Highway 2. All Gisborne/Wairoa freight now comes north to Hamilton then across to Gisborne via State Highway 2 to Opotiki. Auckland to Hawkes Bay is now almost double the drive time. The service impact is a minimum of +1-day delay for these regions.
